1)Please provide necessary identification and follow the resort’s check-in procedures.

2)Clear any outstanding payments upon check-in or as per the resort’s policies.

3) Guests are requested to take care of their valuable belongings, Nautical 9 will not be held responsible.

4) If a guest damages or loses a host’s property, the host may seek to recover the cost of the damage or loss.

5)Safeguard your room key cards and report any losses promptly.

6)We do not recommend to go to beach late night and we will not be held responsible to any injuries or loss of life during the stay in our premises and beach area .

7)Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. We have designated smoking areas within the premises.

8)Abide by room occupancy limits to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

9)After the beach activities,kindly use washroom near the entrance to take shower .This is to maintain the hygiene and also to the keep the property clean and tidy .

10)Pets are not allowed.

12) Breakfast timing: 8.30am to 10.00am.

Housekeeping timing : 8.00 am to 5.00pm.

13)Kindly do not litter at the beach .
